"Can I exchange my item for another size?"

Since our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accommodate size replacements once the item has been printed. Kindly double check the size charts before placing your order.

"I already placed my order. Can I still modify it?"

If you need to modify your order, please email us at kool2cat.studios@gmail.com with the subject “[Order Modification] Order No. #####” and we will do our best to assist. Please note that order changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order or before the item has been printed, whichever comes first. After this period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

"When will I receive my package?"

Each KOOL2CAT merch is made to order, printed fresh just for you. This helps us reduce waste and ensure every piece gets the attention it deserves.

Here's when your order should arrive (excluding Sundays and holidays):

  • Metro Manila: 3-7 days
  • Luzon: 5-10 days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 10-15 days

We charge a flat rate of P100 for shipping fee. Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Note: All orders placed after 5PM are processed the next working day. 🐈‍⬛

"I received the wrong item."

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will replace any incorrect or damaged items free of charge.

Process

Send an email to kool2cat.studios@gmail.com with the subject “[Exchange Item] Order No. #####” within 3 days of delivery. State the reason for the exchange and attach a clear photo/video proof of the error. 

Limitations

  • Refunds/replacements apply only to the affected item, not the whole order.
  • No refunds for order changes after the item has already been printed.
  • Slight variations in size (±1 inch), slight color differences due to display settings, or minor imperfections (like loose threads or small stains) are not eligible.

We want you to enjoy what you received! If there is any problem, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.
