Please note that order changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order or before the item has been printed, whichever comes first. After this period, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Delivery
Each KOOL2CAT shirt is made to order, printed fresh just for you. This helps us reduce waste and ensure every piece gets the attention it deserves.
Here's when your order should arrive (excluding Sundays and holidays):
- Metro Manila: 3-7 days
- Luzon: 5-10 days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 10-15 days
We charge a flat rate of P100 for shipping fee. Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
